Some times light needs darkness to shine

In life we find ourselves in different circumstances , and we ask the famous question "why me?".
Everyone has that moment they ask this. Some describes these moments as the point of darkness in their life. A dark lonely road i might add.
Then comes the light at the end of the tunnel and it shines so bright it lights up our soul.
We some times take the light for granted when walking in the day or when we adjust the brightness of our phones or computers in a bright room, but when the lights are out, we find our phone or computer screen so comforting and tend notice little things we never did.

The victory we so crave is meant to be what you called it, a "victory", which only comes from battles. No battle , no victory. No darkness, no beaming light.

When the odds are against you, its the best time to know the victory is sweeter.

Embrace the darkness, for the light shines better with it

I took this picture from an office on Osborne road , Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria. Though the city was dark, the cars light up the road and i have never seen car lights look so beautiful . Thank you darkness for the beautiful light .
